When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered, including any personalization you enter. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to make and ship your order, send order confirmations and updates, provide support, and keep records. Flower City Custom Apparel operates this store and is responsible for your information.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order emails), our hosting and database providers, and the order-management tools we use to print and ship your order. Where a store benefits a school, team, or organization, we may share aggregated sales totals — not your personal details.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what the store needs to work — for example, remembering the items in your cart and keeping you signed in if you have an account. We don't use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to keep order records for tax and accounting purposes.
