Made to order
Every item in Brockport Mens Volleyball is printed to order by Flower City Custom Apparel. Because each order is made specifically for you, we don't stock finished items.
Production and shipping time
Orders typically take up to 10 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Your confirmation email is sent right after payment. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and may be free above a minimum order amount.
Returns and exchanges
Because items are made to order and often personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint or refund it.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee redelivery of packages sent to an incorrect address. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help investigate.
